• Pre - Payment;

• The full reservation price is charged at the time of booking;

• A cash payment of a security deposit of €100 is required upon arrival. Refund will be made during check-out after an inspection of the accommodation.

• In case of Cancellation, there may be a refund of the amount already paid, in part or in full, subject to consultation of some conditions, for the reservation contact;

• There will be no refund of any amount already paid if guests do not show up on the reserved dates, without communication/authorization of cancellation.

• Check-in:  4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

• Check-out:  8:00 - 11:00h

• Upon check-in, guests must present a photo ID;

• Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or legal guardian.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment;

• No animals are allowed;

• No parties/events are allowed;

• No Hooligans allowed;

• Stag parties are not permitted.

• For your convenience, you must inform the scheduled check-in time in advance;

• The rest period is between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am;

• Special requests must be requested during the booking process.
